20th Anniversary Issue – Traditional Dispute Resolution Article
In honor of the 20th Anniversary of the Tribal Law Journal, is seeking to publish an academic article about Peacemaking, or other Traditional Dispute Resolution System, in tribal courts.
The Tribal Law Journal is Seeking Submissions for its 20th Anniversary Issue
In conjunction with our 20th Anniversary celebration, Volume 20 of the Tribal Law Journal will focus on the various Traditional Dispute Resolution Systems in tribal courts. The author may choose the specific type of Traditional Dispute Resolution, tribe, and style of academic writing so long as the central theme is focused on Traditional Dispute Resolution systems.
The length of the article should be no more than 30 pages in 12 pt. Courier or Times New Roman font and double spaced. Please put your page numbers at the bottom of the page. In addition, depending on the length and complexity of the issue discussed, the paper may be published in both English and Spanish in collaboration with our Dual Language project. The author need only submit the paper in English. The responsibility of translation, if selected, will fall on the Tribal Law Journal.
